That's good news. The Oculus Rift is still a good idea and if it can get popular enough I am excited to see the games that come out utilizing it. Not to mention all the training and other uses it might have.

Democrats did have a better plan. The problem is that Republicans wouldn't accept either a single payer plan or a public option. I would like it too if the parties would sit down and talk something out, but honestly I don't see the Republicans doing so until they shrug off the members of their party …

I'm no financial financial insider or anything, but these new regulations dont seem to have much teeth in them. Hopefully I am wrong and, as Ron said, we can get the Glass-Seagall rules back in place in the near future

Mercury doesn't just disappear in a "few short years". Sure, the trees may regrow eventually, over the course of decades or centuries, but the animals in the area, some already endangered, will have a high rate of mercury poisoning for hundreds of years at least

This is the kind of thing that many people have warned China of for years. Pollution is going to catch up to them and they will have to do something about it. Between that and the growing income inequality China is going to have a big problem with its economy in a few years
